Good evening my loves, WE DID IT !! pictures to follow! with the help of Cheri and Michael we herded them into a dead-end fence set-up and they didn't even know what was happening. It was alot easier than last year, and actually I think Dudley and I can handle this clipping by ourselves next year.Cheri and I went to an antique store in Foscoe to look for a match to her old dresser. Could not find a match. So we went to a Thrift store and she found alot of things and spent a total of $8.35...We came home just in time to catch swans .
Pictures are of DUKE and I, Cheri, Dudley, and me actually clipping wings, And Michael, with the first fish he ever caught in his life, This one not to big, but they got bigger as we went on.
Another gorgeous evening here in the Appalachian Mountains! We are sitting on the front porch and not only enjoying each other's company but the peace of the natural beauty here. Cheri and Michael walked to the top of 'The Highway to Heaven" and tomorrow we will go to Cone house and sightsee the Blueridge Parkway.
